Replace every subgraph node with the nodes of the graph it names, so the compiler only ever sees
plain nodes. An unconnected input becomes a literal (the subgraph’s default, or the using node’s
in_<name>); a connected one is the wire itself. Ids and explicit param names are prefixed with the
using node’s id, so one subgraph used twice makes two independent copies — not one shared param.
Throws on a missing subgraph, a subgraph that contains itself, or nesting past 8 levels.
