The sun’s place at an hour: its elevation and its azimuth from +Z toward +X, in radians.
Parameters

Solar time, 0..24; 12 is noon.
latitude

Degrees; where on the planet. Positive is north.
declination
Section titled “declination”number
Degrees, -23.5..23.5: the season. Positive is summer in the north.
number
Degrees the world is turned from compass north (+Z) toward +X.
